My dog had to have emergency surgery, I have never been here before, and they fit me in the same day. They are super friendly , honest, and informative. After surgery they gave me the rundown and when I picked her up they gave all the post-op instructions and gave me emergency contacts if I needed them, which I didn’t. You guys are awesome, thank you!

Mixed experiences, mixed review - I have 3 cats and took all of them there with all different interactions. My kittens visit it was great, they kept her in the room, all was good. So I decided to take my older two to be travel ready. They had separate appointments and I still am not sure if their test results are correct. They both had blood work and cat B needed a stool sample. Well I got test results that cat B has a heart condition. Then I kept getting reminders that they were waiting on cat A’s stool sample. After replying to correct them, their office staff told me (in email) with full confidence it was cat A they were waiting on. Then after my next reply I got the “oh sorry you are right”. So who blood work is who’s? Why not double check that when brought to attention the first time? Their appointments were an hour apart so who else’s bloodwork papers are mixed up in that time. Am I even sure they got tested right and were vaccinated? Plus the overpriced charges for services I can’t even guarantee were correct.

I cannot praise them enough. We were in desperate need of an Animal hosp. We went to 4 local ones, including BANFIELD , and each and every one said we needed an appointment, We walked into 43rd Ave Animal Hosp and no questions asked, they saw us right away. Unfortunately a day later we had to have our baby boy, Jackson, put to sleep and they were so compassionate and kind. If we get another pet, we will definitely use them again. They deserve more than 5 stars!
