Our pups have been seeing Dr. Brown for years but it's been awhile since our last visit. Our 10 year old lab developed a tooth root absess and Dr Brown got our old girl in quickly and safely through removing 7 teeth at an incredible cost for such a surgery. The care the whole team took of our loud "leaky dolphin" was amazing and we're so thankful!!

I called to schedule an appointment and was given a specific date and time. During that call, I provided all of the information they requested and confirmed that I would be there. On the day of the appointment, they called and told me they only had a note that I had inquired about bringing my pet in, but that no appointment had actually been scheduled. They then gave me a difficult time about the payment arrangements I had already discussed with them, even though the balance was going to be paid in full on the day of the appointment. Apparently, that was not acceptable. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business. Being told you have an appointment only to be informed on the day that you do not, followed by being questioned about an agreed-upon payment arrangement, was frustrating and unprofessional. I would recommend taking your business elsewhere.
