VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. 910am appointment still waiting at 932am. Yes I was 5 minutes late. I finally asked if that erased my appointment. As I watched others being assisted and placed in rooms before and after I went to desk. Finally, someone from the back who was lounging at front desk said there was an emergency. Thanks for the information. Nut, why was I made to feel I did not deserve this information as I am just a client. Getting very frustrated by employees treating the customer as they are an annoying problem. At 815am when I was offered this 910am appointment, 930am was also available. So my pet is still waiting in a small carrier waiting while others are being seen. VERY POOR Customer SERVICE. More upset I was just left to sit and spin with no information. Tech came out at 940am.

The vet was nice but stated she would come back after examining my dog and did not. Then I received a text 2 days later after bloodwork came back with questions but the vet was then out for a week . So it left me worrying .

Received flowers this morning after our beloved Dakota passed away. Lovet Arrow was incredibly caring and kind. They allowed us to bring our other dogs to get closure and provided Dakota with deli meat as her last meal. She didn’t want to eat all day, but she was ecstatic for ham. Thank you for your empathy during this difficult time.
