I’ve had several positive experiences with multiple Lovet locations over the past five years, but yesterday I especially want to give a heartfelt kudos to Carrie and Dr. Randal. My kitty—the love of my life—developed an unusually high fever completely out of the blue. They acted quickly, provided compassionate care, and even helped me navigate financial options so I could focus on getting him the care he needed. And yes, there was even a box of Kleenex when the emotions got to be a little too much. ❤️ My kitty is now recovering, and we are praying for him, but in moments like these, the compassion and kindness of a veterinary care team are truly immeasurable. Thank you both so much, Carrie and Dr. Randal, for everything you did for my boy and for me. It means more than you know. ❤️🐾
