This was the absolute WORST vet experience I have ever had. Without any warning, I get a text that looks like spam asking for prepayment. I understand now why they want you to pay before you go. We sat in the chaotic waiting room for 45 minutes while my dog who is extremely anxious around other dogs was highly upset. When the tech finally brought us back, he clearly hadn't even bothered to check her chart to know what she needed for today's visit even though I provided that information ahead of time. After waiting in the room for another 15 minutes for the vet, we left. We hadn't even had the blood draw yet which takes at least 20 minutes to process before we could get her dewormer. This would have easily been a 2 hour visit for something that typically takes me a grand total of 30 minutes at every other vet. Don't go here if you have plans or an anxious animal.

I love this office! Staff is friendly and the doctors are very compassionate about what they do. You have their attention and time, a rarity in any doctors office. They don't rush you with your pet's care. I won't go anywhere else.

took Max, my 12 year old dog to the vet because of coughing and gaging. the vet gave no suggestions or idea on what could be causing it. I looked it up on the web and found out what could be the possible cause. {post nasial drip} Why didn't the vet suggest this ??? . Waisted $56 on an office call with no results!!! Thinking I should look for another vet. Been going to Sun Valley Hope Animal Hospital for 6 years . guess it's time for a change
